Lady Carrington Drive is one of the easiest and most accessible trails in Sydney. Hence it’s very popular with MTB’ers, families, walkers and runners alike. It’s an old wide road, found in the heart of the Royal National Park, in Sydney’s Southeast, and is covered by a tall bush canopy and is full of native birds. Very easy trail at the start, but gets a little more challenging as you go along its 10Km length.

The NZO 12-Hour Challenge Race is a MTB endurance event for solo riders and teams, held annually at Yellowmundee Regional Park in Sydney. In September 2006, we followed teams of both new and experienced riders from dawn ’til dusk, talking to them throughout the day, in between filming parts of the event itself. We also talked with some of the support crews - the unsung heroes of the event who work tirelessly to help make the day a success.
Highlights from the MTB NZO 12-Hour Challenge, held at Yellowmundee Regional Park, Sydney, in September 2006.
